Work With Me

Funny is Family has a strong and steady readership, and is a PR friendly blog. If you would like to get your blog or business in front of the Funny Is Family community, I would love to work with you!

On this blog, I laugh at all sorts of things, but mostly myself and my kids. Once a week I review a slow cooker recipe in my Crock Pot Thursday series. My readers are mostly women, and many of those women are mothers.

I am a Huffington Post blogger, and have been featured on BlogHer, Aiming Low, Mamapedia, Scary Mommy, MamalodeRants from Mommyland, My Life and Kids, and Bonbon Break.

In addition to my internet writings, I am a weekly columnist for my local newspaper, and I have also been published in print magazine Mamalode. I am also a contributing author to the Amazon hot new release, “You Have Lipstick on Your Teeth” and the best-selling humor anthology I Just Want to Pee Alone, as well as its sequel, I Just Want to Be Alone.

I love me some Facebook and Pinterest, but my heart belongs to Twitter, where I am frequently mentioned in the Huffington Post Parents Top Parenting Tweets of the Week and the NickMom Funniest Tweets of the Week, and was named one of Mashable’s 17 Funny Moms on Twitter.

  1. I totally relate. My parents were Catholic – 15 kids in a 26 year span. My youngest brother was an uncle before he was born. We grew up on a farm so we had lots of room to roam. My oldest sister married a guy who was oldest of 14. Those nieces and nephews have over 50 uncles and aunts. Our weddings have up to 800 people. I could go on and on.

    1. I dream of an 800 person wedding. I’d better start saving up for my kids’ weddings now!
