Skillet Totchos

  • frozen tater tots
  • whatever nacho type toppings you like
  1. Place a tight layer of tater tots on a baking sheet or skillet. Throw a few extra tots on there if you feel like it. I always do.
  2. Cook in the oven according to package directions.
  3. Remove tots from oven, and top with any toppings you want warm (meats, beans, grilled peppers and onions, grated cheese if that's what you're using) and return the skillet or baking sheet to the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the toppings are warm.
  4. If you are using the cheese sauce, good for you! Drizzle that golden goodness on top of your totchos, and then top with cold toppings like sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
