Grilled Basil Parmesan Shrimp

These easy marinated and grilled shrimp will become your go-to meal for guests, BBQs or quick weeknight dinners.
  • 2 Tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • salt/pepper
  • 1 lb. thawed, peeled shrimp
  1. Marinate the uncooked shrimp for about one hour in the refrigerator.
  2. Place shrimp on skewers or in a grill basket and grill for approximately 2 minutes per side until pink.
  3. Enjoy!
