Air Fryer Whole Roasted Chicken

You guys, I’m in love with this Air Fryer Whole Roasted Chicken.

I shouldn’t be surprised; I love rotisserie chicken. If I swing by the grocery store after work, there is a good chance I’ll come home with a rotisserie chicken for dinner, because I can’t resist the low price point, the convenience, and the delicious smells coming from the deli warmer.

The one thing cooked chicken from the store doesn’t have, though, is my mother-in-law’s poultry rub. I was introduced to this tasty seasoning one Thanksgiving, and it’s been in active rotation on our poultry scene ever since.

I have a slow cooker whole chicken recipe I love, and a slow cooker roasted turkey breast recipe that is great, but when I’m short on time, and when I’m looking for a crispier skin, this Air Fryer Whole Roasted Chicken is perfect.

I used my Secura Large Capacity 3.2-Liter air fryer, which is just big enough to hold my 5 pound chicken, and is great for typically fried or baked foods like french fries, chicken strips, and egg rolls! (affiliate link)

  1. I’m so thankful I came across the article! It took me weeks to search for the information you have mentioned above and it is a
real blessing to find someone as interested in this subject as myself.
What I’m attempting to convey is that the significance
of this problem can’t be hesitated. People who raise it are worth
appreciation in spite of the fact that I, personally,
do not fully share your own views. Anyhow, thank you for sharing your expertise!
