Just Add Water: My Week Condensed 6/23/13

Things I Wrote
I broke down the Lifecycle of a Park Parent, a post that resonated with many and pissed off one.

We made 40 Clove Garlic Chicken for Crock Pot Thursday. It was amazing, and I can’t wait to make it again.

My four-year-old had a rough week. I listed a handful of her recent complaints.

Things I Loved
NickMom listed me in their Funniest Parenting Tweets of the Week. I love me some NickMom, so this made my day.

I understand the importance of playing with my kids, which is why we’re on our third round of The Quiet Game.

Hollow Tree Ventures’ Oh, the Things You’ll Redo is a hilarious nod to Robyn’s toddler’s need to do everything herself. Dr. Seuss would be proud.

Rage Against the Minivan introduced me to my new favorite Pinterest board. My Imaginary Well-Dressed Toddler Daughter is clever and witty, and I wish I would have thought of it myself.

Unlike the popular pregnancy book What to Expect When You’re Expecting, Tracy at Momaical wrote Shit No One Tells You to Expect When You’re Expecting. Funny and helpful!
