I love cream cheese. LOVE it. I try not to eat too much of it though, mostly because society says I have to wear pants, and if I ate as much cream cheese as I want to, I wouldn’t have any pants that fit.
This Crock Pot Cream Cheese recipe could have just been chicken covered in cream cheese, and I would have been licking the bowl. It was rich and delicious, as I knew it would be, and even my cream cheese hating brother-in-law liked this one.
Did you know there are people in this world who don’t like cream cheese? Crazy, right? I have another brother-in-law who doesn’t like chicken, which proves I married into a bunch of weirdos.
I used my 6.5-Quart Crock-Pot Programmable Touchscreen Slow Cooker to make this Crock Pot Cream Cheese Chicken.

Wham bam thank you, ma’am, my questions are answered!
What is the red garnish on the crock pot cream cheese chicken?
Made this for supper tonight and it was excellent! I don’t keep any Italian dressing mix on hand so I just put in some of my own dried herbs to equal the amount from the package. At first I only put half of the cream cheese in because I thought it sounded like a lot, but I’m so glad I put the other half in because it was the perfect amount of cheese! I saved most of the cooking liquid for another use. We just had it with salad because we are low-carbing it.
